Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 29, 2026
Last Updated: August 29, 2026
Executive Unschool LLC ("Executive Unschool," "EU," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information about you.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through executiveunschool.com and other websites or digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, as well as our newsletters, podcasts, digital products, educational programs, quizzes and assessments, research initiatives, events, retreats, communities, merchandise, sponsorship programs, certification programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy describes our general practices. Particular research projects, assessments, events, programs, or other Services may provide additional privacy notices or consent terms where appropriate.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

other information you voluntarily choose to provide.
Purchase and Transaction Information
When you purchase a product, program, event, retreat, membership, merchandise item, certification, or other offering, we may collect information necessary to process and administer the transaction.
Payment card information is generally processed directly by third-party payment processors rather than stored by Executive Unschool. Those providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.
We may retain transaction records such as your name, contact information, products purchased, amount paid, payment status, transaction date, and related customer-service information.
2. QUIZZES, ASSESSMENTS, AND WORK RECOVERY INFORMATION
Executive Unschool may offer quizzes, assessments, questionnaires, profiles, surveys, and similar interactive experiences.
These experiences may ask about matters such as:
career and employment circumstances;

experiences involving workplace conflict, bullying, betrayal, or other workplace harm;
work habits and behavioral patterns;

Some questions may involve information you consider personal or sensitive. You should provide only information you are comfortable sharing and that is reasonably relevant to the applicable experience.
Unless specifically requested through an appropriate process, please do not submit medical records, psychotherapy records, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, confidential employer documents, privileged communications, or similarly highly sensitive records through quizzes, assessments, general website forms, or email.
Executive Unschool assessments and quizzes are educational and research-oriented tools and are not intended to create medical, psychological, legal, or employment records.
3. RESEARCH AND THE WORK WOUND INSTITUTE®
Research, qualitative inquiry, and the study of people's experiences with work may form part of Executive Unschool's and the Work Wound Institute®'s activities.
We may collect information through:
surveys;
assessments;
questionnaires;
interviews;
research conversations;
program evaluations;
voluntary stories;
audience research; and
other research initiatives.
We may analyze this information to identify patterns and trends, develop or refine frameworks and methodologies, improve educational materials, understand workplace experiences, develop products or assessments, and produce research, reports, articles, presentations, or other educational work.
Where reasonably practicable, research intended for public reporting will use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information rather than information that directly identifies individual participants.
Particular research projects involving identifiable interviews, quotations, photographs, recordings, attribution, or publication may use a separate research consent, participant agreement, or media release.
Participation in an Executive Unschool program, quiz, survey, or research initiative does not by itself authorize us to publicly identify you as the source of a private personal story.
4. DE-IDENTIFIED AND AGGREGATED INFORMATION
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information so that it cannot reasonably be associated with a particular individual.
We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for lawful purposes, including:
research and analysis;
Executive Unschool and Work Wound Institute® reports;
articles and editorial content;
educational materials;
presentations and speaking;
methodology and framework development;
product and assessment development;
audience and trend analysis;
sponsorship and business materials; and
other thought-leadership or educational purposes.
Where required by applicable law, we will maintain information represented as de-identified in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.
5. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you use our websites or digital Services, we and service providers acting on our behalf may automatically collect information such as:

device type;
operating system;
approximate geographic location;
pages viewed;
referring and exit pages;

cookie or similar identifiers;
advertising or device identifiers, where applicable; and
website usage, performance, and diagnostic information.
The precise technologies used may change as our website and technology providers evolve.

where applicable, deliver or measure advertising.
These technologies may be operated by Executive Unschool or third-party service providers.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide mechanisms for managing applicable cookie, targeted-advertising, sale, or sharing preferences.
You may also be able to manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect portions of the Services.
7. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:

establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and
protect Executive Unschool, our participants, and others.
We may also use information for another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent where required.
8. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe to Executive Unschool communications, we may send newsletters, editorial content, educational information, research, announcements, invitations, offers, podcast information, and other communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional or administrative communications concerning purchases, registrations, accounts, events, certifications, legal notices, or other existing relationships.
9. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that help us operate our business.
These may include providers supporting:
website hosting and operation;
email and newsletter distribution;
customer relationship management;
payment processing;
e-commerce;
shipping and fulfillment;
event and retreat registration;
quiz and assessment technology;
survey and research technology;
analytics;
advertising and marketing;
scheduling;
podcast and media production;
video conferencing;
community platforms;
cloud storage;
information technology and security;
accounting and bookkeeping;
legal and professional services; and
other infrastructure reasonably necessary to operate Executive Unschool.
These providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide services to us and subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Collaborators, Facilitators, Venues, and Business Partners
We may disclose appropriate information to collaborators, facilitators, instructors, venues, event providers, or business partners when reasonably necessary to provide an event, retreat, program, research initiative, or other experience.
We seek to limit such disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Sponsors and Advertisers
Executive Unschool may work with sponsors, advertisers, and commercial partners.
We may provide sponsors or partners with aggregated or de-identified information concerning our audience, research, campaign performance, or engagement.
We do not provide a sponsor with your email address or other directly identifying contact information merely because you subscribe to Executive Unschool unless that disclosure is separately disclosed and permitted under applicable law.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request;
respond to lawful regulatory or law-enforcement processes;
enforce our agreements or policies;
investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues;
establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; or
protect the rights, property, privacy, or safety of Executive Unschool, our users, or others.
Business Transactions
If Executive Unschool is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
10. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Executive Unschool does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word "sell."
Certain privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" more broadly and may treat some uses of advertising, analytics, or cross-site technologies as falling within those definitions.
If Executive Unschool engages in processing that is subject to a legally applicable right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide the required mechanism for exercising that right.
Where required by applicable law, we will also recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals.
11. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Because Executive Unschool addresses work recovery, workplace experiences, and personal development, participants may voluntarily share information concerning difficult or deeply personal experiences.
We apply a principle of data minimization and encourage participants not to provide more sensitive information than is reasonably necessary.
Unless expressly requested through an appropriate process, Executive Unschool does not need and does not ask you to provide:
medical or psychotherapy records;
detailed medical diagnoses;
Social Security numbers;
government identification numbers;
financial-account passwords or credentials;
confidential personnel files;
attorney-client privileged communications;
confidential employer trade secrets; or
other similarly high-risk records.
If an Executive Unschool offering requires information that is considered sensitive personal data under applicable law, we will provide any additional notice, consent mechanism, or protection required by applicable law.
We do not intend to sell sensitive personal information.
12. TESTIMONIALS, STORIES, CASE STUDIES, AND MEDIA
Executive Unschool's work may include stories concerning personal and professional experiences.
We will not intentionally publish a private story submitted through an ordinary quiz, survey, assessment, program, customer-service communication, or research response as an attributed testimonial or case study solely because you provided it to us privately.
When we wish to publicly attribute a testimonial, story, photograph, video, recording, quotation, or identifiable case study to you, we may request separate permission or rely on a specific agreement or release governing that contribution.
We may reasonably edit testimonials or contributions for length, grammar, formatting, or clarity, but we will not intentionally edit them in a manner that materially misrepresents the contributor's experience.
Where legally required, we will disclose material relationships associated with testimonials, endorsements, sponsorships, or similar content.
Content voluntarily submitted to a space clearly identified as public or intended for publication may be handled according to the terms applicable to that space.
13. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES
Executive Unschool may use reputable technology providers, including tools that incorporate artificial intelligence or automated processing, to assist with business operations such as content workflows, research organization, analytics, customer support, transcription, administrative functions, or other legitimate business activities.
We seek to use such technologies in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We do not intentionally use private participant stories, sensitive assessment responses, or identifiable research responses to train publicly available general-purpose artificial-intelligence models unless we have disclosed that use and obtained any permission required by applicable law.
Where practicable, we may use de-identified or minimized information when employing automated tools for research or analysis.
14. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business and legal needs.
Relevant considerations may include:
the nature and sensitivity of the information;
the purpose for which it was collected;
the duration of our relationship with you;
transaction, accounting, and tax requirements;
research needs;
contractual obligations;
dispute-resolution needs;
security and fraud-prevention needs; and
applicable legal requirements.
We do not intend to retain identifiable personal information indefinitely merely because it may someday be useful.
Where reasonably practicable, information retained for long-term research, trend analysis, or methodology development may be aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified when continued identification of the participant is unnecessary.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
15. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Our practices may include:
limiting access according to legitimate business need;
authentication and account-security practices;
reputable technology and payment providers;
secure hosting;
encryption or encrypted transmission where appropriate;
maintaining software and systems;
data-minimization practices; and
reasonable vendor-management practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data-security incident affecting personal information, we will respond and provide legally required notifications consistent with applicable law.
16. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, whether a particular privacy law applies to Executive Unschool, and the nature of the information or processing involved, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
Applicable rights may include the ability to:
confirm whether we process your personal information;
access certain personal information;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of certain personal information;
obtain a portable copy of certain information;
opt out of certain sales or sharing;
opt out of targeted advertising;
opt out of certain profiling where applicable;

appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.
Executive Unschool will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a privacy request, email info@executiveunschool.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by applicable law and subject to appropriate verification.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our decision concerning a privacy request, email info@executiveunschool.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
17. MINNESOTA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Executive Unschool is based in Minnesota.
Minnesota residents may have rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act ("MCDPA") where the Act applies to Executive Unschool and the relevant processing activity.
Applicable rights may include rights concerning access, correction, deletion, data portability, targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling activities.
Minnesota consumers may submit applicable requests or appeals using the contact information provided in this Policy.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit rights provided by applicable Minnesota law or create statutory rights where the law does not apply.
18. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of California and other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law.
The availability and scope of those rights depend on the applicable statute, whether Executive Unschool meets the statute's applicability requirements, the type of information involved, and the nature of the processing.
Where applicable, we will honor legally valid privacy requests as required by law.
19. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND OPT-OUT SIGNALS
Certain jurisdictions require businesses to recognize qualifying browser-based universal opt-out preference signals for particular processing activities.
Where applicable law requires Executive Unschool to recognize such a signal, we will process qualifying signals as required.
20. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Executive Unschool's general Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Any future Executive Unschool offering specifically intended for minors may use separate registration, parental consent, privacy, and participation procedures.
21. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, social networks, podcast platforms, retailers, sponsors, collaborators, payment processors, or other services.
Executive Unschool does not control the independent privacy or security practices of those third parties.
Your interactions directly with those services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
22. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Executive Unschool is based in the United States.
If you access our Services from outside the United States, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
Different jurisdictions may provide different privacy protections.
Where applicable law requires additional rights, notices, safeguards, or transfer mechanisms, we will address those requirements as applicable to the relevant processing.
23. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, business practices, or applicable law.
The "Last Updated" date identifies the most recent revision.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes or obtain consent when legally required.

Purchase, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 29, 2026
Last Updated: August 29, 2026
Executive Unschool LLC ("Executive Unschool," "EU," "we," "us," or "our") creates educational content, experiences, products, programs, events, and other offerings.
We want our purchase policies to be clear before you buy.
1. GENERAL POLICY: SALES ARE FINAL
Unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise, all purchases from Executive Unschool are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to purchases made through Executive Unschool websites, checkout pages, payment links, invoices, or other authorized sales channels.
Before completing a purchase, please review the description of the offering, dates where applicable, pricing, payment terms, and this Policy carefully.
A change in personal circumstances, schedule, availability, interest, participation, employment, financial circumstances, or decision to use or complete a purchased offering does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.
Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. OUR HUMAN CONSIDERATION POLICY
We understand that life sometimes presents genuinely exceptional circumstances.
Although purchases are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise, Executive Unschool may, in its sole discretion, provide a refund, partial refund, account credit, transfer, rescheduling opportunity, or other accommodation in an individual circumstance.
Any such accommodation:
is voluntary unless required by law;
is determined individually;
does not create an entitlement to the same or similar accommodation for another purchaser;
does not establish a continuing practice or modify this Policy; and
may be subject to conditions or expiration dates communicated at the time the accommodation is offered.
When appropriate, we may prefer a transfer, future credit, or another reasonable accommodation rather than a cash refund.
We encourage you to contact us. We cannot promise a particular outcome, but unusual circumstances may receive human consideration.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND IMMEDIATELY ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
Purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Digital products may include:
guides;
workbooks;
recordings;
downloadable resources;
templates;
assessments;
reports;
courses;
educational materials;
digital libraries; and
other electronically delivered content.
A digital purchase remains non-refundable regardless of whether the purchaser downloads, opens, watches, listens to, completes, or otherwise uses the material.
If Executive Unschool is unable to provide the digital product purchased due to an issue within our reasonable control and cannot reasonably restore or replace access, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access or a refund.
4. LIVE VIRTUAL EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or registration materials, registrations for live virtual workshops, classes, trainings, Office Hours, educational events, and similar experiences are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, Executive Unschool may, where reasonably practicable and at our discretion:
allow you to transfer your registration to another eligible person;
provide access to a recording if one is created;
transfer your registration to another occurrence of the same experience; or
provide an Executive Unschool credit.
The availability of one of these options for one event does not guarantee that it will be available for another.
If an offering includes access to recordings or digital materials, your inability to attend the live component does not create a right to a refund.
5. PROGRAMS, COURSES, AND COHORT EXPERIENCES
Enrollment in a program, course, cohort, or other multi-session experience constitutes a commitment to purchase the complete offering.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, enrollment is non-refundable after purchase.
Choosing not to attend, participate in, access, or complete some or all of the program does not cancel the purchase or eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
Program access may be subject to separate participation terms provided at enrollment.
6. PAYMENT PLANS
When Executive Unschool permits a purchase to be paid in installments, the payment plan is a method of paying the total purchase price. It is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly identified as one.
By selecting a payment plan, you commit to paying the entire purchase price according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.
Discontinuing participation, failing to access materials, missing sessions, or deciding that you no longer wish to participate does not automatically cancel remaining installments.
You authorize Executive Unschool and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed payment schedule, subject to applicable law.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may:
notify you and request an updated payment method;
retry the payment as permitted by the applicable payment processor and law;
suspend access to the applicable offering;
withhold additional materials or services until the account becomes current; or
pursue other lawful remedies available under the purchase agreement.
Any accommodation concerning remaining payments must be expressly approved by Executive Unschool.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS
If Executive Unschool offers a paid subscription, membership, or other automatically renewing service, the applicable sales page or checkout will disclose the recurring nature of the purchase and applicable billing frequency.
A subscription differs from a payment plan.
Subscription: Payment purchases access for a recurring period and may be canceled prospectively according to the terms of the subscription.
Payment plan: Installments are payments toward a purchase already committed to and generally remain due even if participation stops.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable cancellation terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, cancellation does not generate a prorated refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Additional subscription terms may apply to individual offerings.
8. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
Executive Unschool may sell physical merchandise, including apparel, hats, accessories, printed materials, and other goods.
Unless a product listing expressly provides a return or exchange policy, merchandise sales are final.
However, please contact us if:
you receive the wrong item;
an item arrives materially damaged;
an item contains a manufacturing defect; or
an order is materially different from what you purchased.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information needed to evaluate the issue.
If we determine that Executive Unschool or our fulfillment provider made an error, we may replace the item, provide an appropriate credit, or issue a refund.
Normal variations in color, printing, positioning, materials, sizing, packaging, or other characteristics that do not constitute a material defect generally do not create a right to a refund.
Shipping and delivery are also subject to applicable law.
9. EVENTS AND RETREATS
In-person retreats, destination experiences, and certain live events may require substantial advance financial commitments by Executive Unschool, including venue reservations, lodging, food, facilitators, transportation, supplies, staffing, and other costs.
For that reason, retreats and certain in-person experiences will ordinarily be governed by separate event-specific cancellation and transfer terms presented during registration or in a participant agreement.
Those specific terms control over this general Policy if there is a conflict.
Unless the applicable event terms expressly provide otherwise, purchasers should not assume that retreat or event payments are refundable.
We strongly encourage participants to consider appropriate travel insurance when significant non-refundable travel or event expenses are involved.
10. CERTIFICATION, LICENSING, AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Executive Unschool may offer certification, licensing, facilitator training, or professional educational programs associated with Executive Unschool intellectual property, including Work Recovery™ and the Work Recovery Method™.
Such programs may be governed by separate enrollment, certification, intellectual property, licensing, renewal, and conduct agreements.
Those specific agreements will control where they differ from this Policy.
Enrollment in a certification program does not guarantee certification merely because payment has been made. Participants may be required to satisfy educational, competency, conduct, attendance, licensing, or other requirements described in the applicable program agreement.
11. CORPORATE AND BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS ENGAGEMENTS
Corporate workshops, consulting engagements, speaking engagements, organizational programs, sponsorships, licensing arrangements, research engagements, and other business-to-business services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, services agreement, sponsorship agreement, or other written agreement.
This consumer Purchase, Refund & Cancellation Policy does not supersede those agreements.
12. PERSONAL NARRATIVE AND EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE
Executive Unschool publishes educational, editorial, research, and first-person content concerning work, leadership, career experiences, organizational culture, professional transitions, relationships, personal development, and lived experience.
Content may draw upon the author's or contributor's personal experiences, observations, opinions, memories, perspectives, and interpretations of events. References to past professional or personal experiences may omit or modify identifying details where appropriate to respect privacy, confidentiality, contractual obligations, or other legitimate considerations.
First-person accounts reflect the author's experience and perspective. Opinions, interpretations, commentary, and personal reflections should be understood in that context.
Executive Unschool respects applicable confidentiality, contractual, intellectual-property, privacy, and other legal obligations. Nothing published through the Services is intended to waive or supersede those obligations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict Executive Unschool, its founder, or its contributors from engaging in lawful commentary, opinion, criticism, reporting, research, discussion of personal experience, or other expression protected by applicable law.12. PROMOTIONAL PRICING AND DISCOUNTS
13. DISCOUNTS
Discounts, promotional pricing, coupon codes, scholarships, special offers, and sale prices do not create a right to a refund or retroactive price adjustment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Executive Unschool does not provide refunds or credits because an offering was later discounted or offered under different promotional terms.
14. CREDITS
When Executive Unschool voluntarily provides a credit, the credit:
has no cash value;
cannot be redeemed for cash;
may be limited to specified products, services, events, or experiences;
may be non-transferable;
may be subject to an expiration date disclosed when issued; and
remains subject to any additional conditions communicated when the credit is provided.
A credit issued as an accommodation is not an admission that a refund was legally or contractually required.
15. EXECUTIVE UNSCHOOL CANCELLATION OR MATERIAL CHANGES
Occasionally, Executive Unschool may need to cancel, reschedule, postpone, replace a facilitator, change a venue, modify delivery, or make another reasonable change to an offering.
If we cancel an offering and do not provide the purchased offering or a reasonably comparable alternative, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include transfer, credit, rescheduling, replacement services, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
For event-specific changes, the applicable event agreement may contain additional terms.
Executive Unschool is not responsible for independently purchased travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, lost wages, or other incidental expenses except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. BILLING ERRORS, DUPLICATE CHARGES, AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
Our final-sale policy is not intended to prevent legitimate correction of billing errors.
If you believe:
you were charged incorrectly;
you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
a transaction was unauthorized; or
there is another genuine billing error,
please contact us promptly at info@executiveunschool.com so we can investigate.
Nothing in this Policy waives any dispute or chargeback rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We ask customers to contact Executive Unschool first when there is a problem with a purchase so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for a refund that is unavailable under an agreed final-sale policy.
If a purchaser initiates a payment dispute, Executive Unschool may provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with records reasonably relevant to the dispute, including purchase records, checkout disclosures, acceptance of applicable terms, access records, communications, delivery records, and other appropriate documentation.
Nothing in this section limits a purchaser's lawful rights concerning unauthorized charges, billing errors, undelivered purchases, misrepresentation, or other rights provided by applicable law.
18. LEGALLY REQUIRED REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy eliminates, restricts, or waives consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where federal, Minnesota, or other applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, replacement, or other remedy, Executive Unschool will honor the applicable legal requirement.
19. REQUESTING HUMAN CONSIDERATION
If an exceptional circumstance affects your purchase, you may contact:
Executive Unschool LLC
Minnesota, United States
Email: info@executiveunschool.com
Website: executiveunschool.com
Please include:
your name;
the email address used for your purchase;
the applicable order or registration;
a brief explanation of the circumstances; and
the accommodation you are requesting.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, confidential employment documents, or other highly sensitive information to justify a request. A concise explanation is sufficient.
Executive Unschool may request additional non-sensitive information if reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
20. POLICY CHANGES
Executive Unschool may update this Policy as our offerings and business evolve.
The policy applicable to a particular purchase will generally be the policy presented or incorporated into the terms of that purchase, subject to applicable law.
21. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS
This Policy forms part of Executive Unschool's Terms and Conditions.
A specific sales page, checkout disclosure, registration agreement, retreat agreement, certification agreement, services agreement, or other offering-specific contract may establish additional or different terms.
Where an offering-specific agreement expressly conflicts with this general Policy, the offering-specific agreement controls for that purchase.
