Become a Founding Catalyst

Help build a future where women don't have to recover from work.

Most of us inherited a version of work we never chose, one that rewards exhaustion, mistakes self-sacrifice for leadership, and treats burnout as a personal failure when it's really a predictable outcome. We know it can be better. The real question is who's willing to help build it.

That's why I created Founding Catalysts.

MORE THAN A SPONSORSHIP

BECOMING A FOUNDING CATALYST IS A STATEMENT OF YOUR OWN DECLARATION:

That women deserve better ways to work, lead, create, and live.

That ideas, independent research, honest conversation, and new possibilities are worth investing in.

And that the future of work will be shaped by the people willing to help build it, brick by brick.

Your partnership helps fund Executive Unschool as an independent publication asking better questions about work, publishing original research, and creating experiences that help women see new possibilities for how they work and live. Meaningful change begins when people are willing to imagine something better and invest in bringing it to life. Founding Catalysts help make that possible.

Founding Catalyst sponsorships are not tax-deductible.

WHAT YOU’RE MAKING POSSIBLE

Every Founding Catalyst helps expand work that stays freely available to women everywhere. Together we're building:

Why Become a Founding Catalyst?

You've probably spent enough time adapting to outdated systems.

Maybe you're tired of watching talented women disappear under impossible expectations, or you've lived through one of the Work Wounds yourself.

Perhaps you've built a beautiful career and still sense we're capable of something better.

Or you simply believe future generations deserve healthier ways of working than the ones we were handed.

What You'll Receive

Founding Catalysts receive more than early access. You become part of the story. You'll receive:

  • Early access to the Annual Work Recovery Report

  • Private research briefings and behind-the-scenes updates

  • Invitations to intimate virtual conversations about emerging workplace trends

  • Priority access to retreats and new experiences

  • Opportunities to shape future research through surveys and discussion

  • Recognition as one of the founding women helping bring this work into the world

If any of that resonates, you're exactly who I hoped would find this page.

A BIGGER PURPOSE

Most importantly, you'll know you helped make it possible.

Founding Catalyst Partnership

Starting at $5,000 annually

Founding Catalyst partnerships are designed for women, founders, leaders, and brands who share the Executive Unschool ethos and want to help expand the ideas, research, conversations, and experiences shaping a more human future of work.

Partnership opportunities begin at $5,000 per year, with investment varying based on the level of visibility, collaboration, access, and activation included. Contact us or email info@executiveunschool.com to start a conversation.

What’s in it for me?

Each Founding Catalyst partnership may include a tailored mix of Executive Unschool research and briefings, community and experience invitations, brand recognition, editorial or event collaboration opportunities, and priority access to select initiatives.

Partnerships renew annually unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel by emailing info@executiveunschool.com. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Limited Invitations are extended

Because Executive Unschool experiences and collaborations evolve throughout the year, individual opportunities are not guaranteed within every partnership term.

Retreats, gatherings, special projects, and other activations may be offered seasonally or on a rolling basis. Founding Catalysts receive priority consideration or access when applicable.

We thoughtfully curate Founding Catalyst partnerships to protect the trust of the Executive Unschool community and ensure that the people and brands connected to this work genuinely reflect the world we are building.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO ME

Leaving employment law and executive leadership had nothing to do with starting another coaching business. I left because one question wouldn't let me go: why are so many extraordinary women succeeding at work while quietly losing parts of themselves along the way.

IF THIS IS THE FUTURE YOU WANT TOO

Picture looking back ten years from now. Work Recovery has become part of the everyday conversation, organizations recognize Work Wounds and take them seriously, and women step into workplaces that expect their brilliance without asking for their self-abandonment. Knowing you helped build that future, simply because you believed the question was worth investing in, is what this invitation is about.

Executive Unschool is the way I want to solve the problem, through writing, research, conversation, and community of folks dedicated to recovering from work so it can’t take everything again.

Institutions like this one get built by people who decide an idea is worth carrying together.
